Patient Reward Program

Dental Concepts offers “Patient Reward Program” to our “Royal “ patient

 

Qualification:

  • You must receive an invitation from Dental Concepts to participate
  • You must maintain minimum two annual dental check up and cleaning
  • You must have No history of last minute cancellation on scheduled appointment
  • You must have No history of NO SHOW on scheduled appointment
  • You must have No overdue or unpaid balance other than insurance outstanding claim

If you are qualify, you will receive one of the following reward each year for being our Good Royal patient.

  • Movie tickets
  • Gift card
  • Free Whitening - In house

Dental Concepts is introducing this “Reward Program “to encourage basic long term Preventive dental care for patient who want to improve their overall oral health.

 

Dental Concepts also wishes to promote cost effectiveness by eliminating NO SHOW or last minute cancellation to minimize our overhead. Thus, we can pass on the saving to our patients. Less cancellation or No show means less overhead for the office, thus we can provide patient with more cost saving treatment.
